Chef / Kitchen Assistant | Basic $4,000 | Central Singapore

💰 Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 📍 Location: Chinatown / Raffles 🚇 Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from MRT ⏰ Working Hours 6 days per week

10 hours per day

Shift timing will be arranged according to the restaurant’s schedule

👨‍🍳 Requirements At least  5 years of experience in a Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen

Strong knowledge and skills in Chinese cuisine

Proficient in  wok cooking

Familiar with  steaming, boiling, braising , and other Chinese cooking methods

Experienced in preparing various types of  Chinese dishes.

Able to independently handle daily kitchen cooking operations

Good awareness of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Responsible and able to adapt to the fast-paced F&B environment

📌 Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook Chinese dishes for the restaurant’s daily operations

Prepare ingredients and cook according to the menu and food standards

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the required standards

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas

Work closely with the kitchen team to support daily operations
