The role: As Marketing Assistant, you will support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promotional plans. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure marketing materials, POS and promotional assets are delivered on time. In the role of Marketing Assistant, you will support seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns across in-store, online and social channels. You will work alongside Trade Marketing to ensure brand consistency and effective implementation of POS and in-store materials. A key part of the Marketing Assistant role will be supporting sponsorship activations, community partnerships and sampling events to drive customer engagement. You will also assist with marketing calendars, budget tracking, reporting and conducting competitor research Monitoring campaign performance to support future activity and understanding customer engagement is a vital aspect of the Marketing Assistant role.

Ideal candidate: The ideal Marketing Assistant will have experience coordinating marketing activity with internal teams and external suppliers. You will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with sponsorship partners, stores and stakeholders. The Marketing Assistant will have experience working with marketing teams on POS, signage and promotional assets. You will have experience supporting community initiatives, brand activations and sampling events. As Marketing Assistant, you will be highly organised, ensuring marketing calendars, budgets and campaign reporting are accurate. You will be confident supporting campaign briefs, supplier coordination and competitor research while working collaboratively across teams.
