Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and overseeing mechanical systems to ensure efficient and innovative project outcomes within the construction sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, project documentation, and cost estimates related to mechanical engineering tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical engineering issues encountered during project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering relevant to construction.
• Ensure all mechanical designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, standards, and regulations is highly desirable.
