Software Tester in Financing & Loans Tribe | SEB, Vilnius

There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department.

As a Software Tester in the Private Lending team within the Financing & Loans Tribe, you will join a highly professional international team developing and delivering financial products across the Baltic countries, including mortgage and consumer lending solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks Translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios Perform functionality, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery Identify and document defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and improve overall test coverage and quality practices

What we’re looking for:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar Familiarity with SQL and database validation, as well as Git or CI/CD environments Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices Experience with Playwright or Selenium would be considered an advantage

Nice to have:

Experience testing microservices or cloud-based solutions Performance testing experience with tools such as JMeter or k6 Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools

Salary

3000-4300 €/mon. gross

(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
