Key responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions.

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries based on area of expertise.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

Manage chronic eye conditions and provide ongoing follow-up.

Collaborate with other specialists when required.

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient care.

Requirements

MBBS or equivalent medical degree.

MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Ophthalmology.

American Board Certification in Ophthalmology or an equivalent international qualification is highly preferred.

Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.

Strong clinical and surgical skills.

Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
