Air Export Operations Executive

• Liaise with shipper and overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Make bookings with co-loader
• Attend to customer's queries and make necessary arrangements for their bookings
• Handle all customer's complaints with a professional attitude
• Follow up closely on customer's shipment
• Provide updates to customers with regards to the status of their shipments
• Work closely with Export team to ensure accuracy in documentations.
• Outsource 3rd party / Declare Dangerous Goods Declaration / Packing / Labeling
• Co-ordinate with warehousing operations on cargo details.
• Prepare export documentations for air freight movements such as executing of AWBS
• Send pre-alert and shipping documents to customers and Overseas Agent.
• Apply customs permit for all export shipments
• Submissions of electronic data into web system - CCNhub (FWB/FHL/CMD)
• Prepare and provide accurate billing/ invoicing to customers accordingly.
