Techno-Functional Consultant

Newgen Platform Support

• Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for the complete Newgen landscape.
• Manage and support the following Newgen modules:

o NewgenONE Platform o OmniDocs (ECM/DMS) o Loan Origination System (LOS) o FinTech Middleware / Integration Layer o Service Request Management (SRM) o Collections Management System

• Perform configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Act as Level-1 and Level-2 support resource for critical production incidents.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational excellence standards.

System Administration

• Perform complete administration of Newgen environments including Development, UAT, and Production.
• Manage application deployments, configurations, user administration, security roles, and access controls.
• Monitor system health, performance, logs, and capacity.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, releases, and infrastructure changes.
• Design, and maintain business workflows within the Newgen platform.

o Configure and optimize workflow routing, queues, escalations, notifications, and SLAs. o Implement process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Design and maintain business rules within the Newgen rule management framework.

o Develop, modify, and deploy decision rules supporting lending, collections, customer servicing, and operational processes.

Development & Change Requests

• Develop, enhance, and support backend components for all change requests and system enhancements.
• Perform custom development using Newgen APIs, services, and integration frameworks.
• Design and develop complex SQL Server database objects including:

o Stored Procedures o Functions o Views o Triggers

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with:

o NewgenONE o OmniDocs o Loan Origination Systems (LOS) o FinTech Middleware o SRM o Collection Management Systems

• Strong experience in workflow configuration and management.
• Hands-on experience with rule management and business process automation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server database development and optimization.
• Experience in system integrations using APIs, SOAP, REST, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD
