Senior Program Manager – Charging Transformation

The charging system swap is a business-critical transformation with direct impact on revenue, customer experience, and service continuity. Therefore, we require a senior, battle-tested Program Manager to lead the program end-to-end from the Telecom operator side

The role requires a strong personality and leadership presence to drive delivery across internal teams and vendors.

Key expectations:

• Proactive risk identification and transparent reporting
• Timely escalation of critical issues to leadership when needed
• Strong ownership of delivery timelines, migration readiness, and operational stability
• Clear governance and structured communication with stakeholders
• Ability to challenge vendor timelines and enforce contractual commitments
• 10+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in telecom BSS/Core transformations
• Strong understanding of OCS/CHF, PCRF/PCF, telecom charging architecture, and BSS integrations
• Proven experience delivering at least one telecom charging system migration or platform swap in a live production environment
• Experience managing large multi-vendor programs and enforcing delivery milestones and commitments
• Ability to coordinate across Core Network, IT/BSS, Operations, Revenue assurance, Business and vendor teams
