Fashion Designer & Production Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a Fashion Designer & Production Coordinator to assist in designing evening-wear and bridal collections and coordinating their execution with the production team. Key Responsibilities

• Create fashion sketches and develop new design ideas.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, including measurements, technical drawings, fabrics, trims, colors, and construction details.
• Communicate design details to pattern makers, tailors, and embroiderers.
• Follow garments through cutting, sewing, fitting, alterations, and finishing.
• Organize daily production tasks and monitor deadlines.
• Ensure finished garments match the approved designs and quality standards.
• Assist in selecting fabrics, embroidery, and accessories.
• Use CLO 3D to visualize designs when needed.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion design or garment production.
• Practical experience in creating professional and production-ready tech packs is required.
• Experience in evening-wear, bridal-wear, or women’s fashion is preferred.
• Strong fashion sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CLO 3D.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, patterns, and finishing.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the production team.
• A portfolio including sketches, tech packs, and completed garments is required.
