Sewing: single/double needle, overlock, safety stitch, feed-off-the-arm, bartack, buttonhole, button/rivet attach, belt-loop, pocket setters and automatic hemming (Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Kansai, Union Special, Durkopp Adler, Yamato)
Cutting: automatic spreaders and cutters (Gerber, Lectra), band knives
Denim laundry: industrial washers and dryers, extractors, ozone, e-flow/nano-bubble, laser finishing, spray and robot booths (Tonello, Jeanologia, Ramsons, Yilmak,...

Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years as Manager
Denim laundry machinery experience is a must
Proven experience implementing TPM/CMMS and spare part control
Expatriate candidates: experience in Vietnam, Bangladesh or Cambodia factories is a strong plus

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on expertise with Juki/Brother/Pegasus sewing machines and Tonello/Jeanologia laundry equipment
