Cost Accountant

Your tasks

1. Standard Costing Model

• Build and maintain a standard costing model for denim: fabric (yarn, dyeing, finishing), trims, CM (cut-make), laundry (chemicals, water, steam, electricity, laser/ozone minutes), packing, overheads and freight
• Update standard costs regularly based on actual consumption, prices and efficiency data

2. Cost per Piece & Order Profitability

• Calculate cost per piece and cost per minute...

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in garment, textile or denim
• Proven experience with per-order pre/post costing, CPM and variance reporting
• Nice to have: experience costing denim laundry processes (chemicals, water, steam, laser/ozone)

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of SAM/SMV, CPM, line efficiency and BOM-based costing
