MiniCRM - as part of group.one – is now looking for a hands-on and driven Treasury Controller to join our Group Treasury function. This is a newly established role with a unique opportunity to build, implement, and operate core treasury processes from the ground up in close collaboration with the Group Treasurer. You will be the sole Treasury representative in our Budapest SSC, working independently while closely connected to the broader Group Finance organization. The role reports directly to the Group Treasurer based in Sweden, with regular interaction across international stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring strong liquidity control, accurate treasury accounting, and reliable financial insights, while helping scale treasury operations to support the Group’s international growth. What you’ll do Cash & Liquidity Management Drive and improve group-wide cash forecasting

Manage liquidity across cash pools, including sweeps and funding

Establish and run an intercompany netting process

Monitor intercompany loans, internal interest, and cash pool balances

Optimize liquidity allocation to maximize interest income and minimize borrowing costs

Treasury System (TMS) Own and develop the Treasury Management System (TMS)

Manage workflows for cash, FX, loans, and treasury accounting

Drive continuous automation and process improvements

Financial Accounting & Reporting Ensure accurate accounting of treasury transactions (FX, loans, hedging, cash pooling)

Perform month-end activities (FX revaluation, accruals, reconciliations)

Risk & Control Validate FX trades and monitor compliance with Financial Policy

Track key risk metrics (e.g. hedge ratios, VaR, counterparty risk)

Ensure strong internal controls and governance across treasury activities

Payments & Administration Execute treasury-related payments (FX, loans, interest, funding)

Maintain bank access, mandates, and treasury master data

Support KYC processes and banking relationships

Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness

Act as the link between Group Treasury and local finance teams

Support subsidiaries in treasury processes and policies

Who you are 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury

Strong knowledge of treasury accounting and financial reporting

Experience with cash management, liquidity planning, and cash pooling

Proven track record with intercompany financing and netting processes

Familiar with FX, hedging instruments, and interest rate products

Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)

Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills

Comfortable working independently in a “build from scratch” environment
