Reservations Manager

Position Title: Reservations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based hospitality group operating a portfolio of distinctive international F&B concepts. Job Description: • A Manage the reservations diary, table allocations, group bookings, special guest requests, and daily seating arrangements in coordination with the Floor Manager. • Lead and supervise the reservations and host team, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, professional communication, and efficient table management during busy services. • Balance reservations with walk-ins, follow up on unconfirmed bookings, manage cancellations, and provide accurate waiting times during peak periods. • Monitor expected covers, booking gaps, cancellations, and table utilization, providing management with accurate daily reservations reports.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 40 years old and below • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Dubai’s F&B industry, with hands-on expertise in restaurant reservations and guest relations, including proficiency in reservation platforms such as Eat App and/or Odoo CRM.. • Must be confident to host teams, seating plans, group bookings, VIP guests, and peak-service reservations average • Excellent communication, guest-handling, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain effective during busy services.
