Robert Walters - FP&A Manager - Permanent - Warwickshire - Hybrid - £65,000 - £75,000 per annum Job title: FP&A Manager Location: Warwickshire Salary: £65,000-£75,000 per annum Hours: Full time Role details An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a growing organisation in Warwickshire. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and business growth. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the business, delivering board-level reporting, supporting strategic projects and driving improvements across FP&A processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions. Deliver insightful monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary. Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance and identify growth opportunities. Provide analysis of revenue, margin, costs, and cash flow to support key business decisions. Produce board-level presentations and reports, translating complex financial data into commercial insights. Support long-term business planning and scenario analysis. Assist with business cases, acquisitions, capital investments, and strategic projects as required.

What the successful candidate will bring Full qualified accountant. Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering roles. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills.
