Commercial Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, premium healthcare business that is redefining concierge medicine in the UAE.

Our client is a physician-led healthcare provider delivering high-end concierge medical services to private individuals, families, corporate clients, and international visitors. With an established presence in Dubai and London and plans for continued regional growth, they are seeking a Commercial Director to drive strategic partnerships and commercial expansion.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building meaningful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across B2B and partnership channels.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, corporate organizations, insurers, concierge providers, lifestyle businesses, and other premium service partners.
• Build new revenue streams and expand the company's presence within the luxury and private healthcare market.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage partnership agreements from initial engagement through execution.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team to support the company's growth strategy.
• Contribute to shaping the commercial function as the organization continues to scale.
• Proven experience in a senior commercial, business development, or strategic partnerships role.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving commercial growth.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, founder-led environment where being hands-on is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from adjacent premium industries are encouraged to apply.
