Your Responsibilities as Management / Legal Assistant
As a Management Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting the lawyers and ensuring the smooth running of their daily activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex agendas and coordinating meetings
- Organizing business travel, hotels, and itineraries
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing emails, client communications, and administrative follow-up
- Opening and maintaining client files in compliance with internal procedures
- Handling billing follow-up, expense reports, and timesheets
- Coordinating meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the organization of events and seminars
- Providing general administrative assistance to the legal team
- Ensuring complete confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Your Profile as Management / Legal Assistant
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Assistant
- Experience within a law firm, consultancy, or other professional services environment is a strong asset
- Excellent command of French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor in Office Management, Management Assistant, Languages, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Proactive, service-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, discreet, and able to work independently
