£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid Are you a Technology Delivery Manager who enjoys bringing people, technology and ideas together? We're looking for a proactive, collaborative Technology Delivery Manager to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in keeping complex technology and data initiatives moving forward. This is a role for someone who can bring calm to complexity . Someone who spots problems before they become blockers, creates clarity across multiple projects and knows that good delivery is ultimately about people, not just processes. You'll work across Technology and Operations, partnering closely with senior leaders, engineers, data specialists and stakeholders across the organisation. What you'll be doing Drive technology delivery Take ownership of a portfolio of data, development and BAU initiatives, ensuring projects have clear objectives, realistic timelines and visible progress. You'll coordinate teams and dependencies, identify risks early and step in when things get stuck, finding pragmatic solutions that keep delivery moving. Bring people together Help build a more collaborative way of working by establishing multidisciplinary working groups and facilitating effective team sessions. You'll work comfortably with both technical and non-technical colleagues, adapting your approach to get the best from different people and teams. Partner with senior stakeholders Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Repertoire & Collections and Infrastructure & Security Manager, providing structure around priorities, planning, communication and delivery. You'll become a trusted partner who can take ownership, anticipate challenges and give senior leaders the confidence that things are under control. Improve the way we work Look beyond simply delivering projects and challenge how things are currently done. You'll identify opportunities to make teams more agile, transparent and effective, whether that's improving sprint ceremonies, increasing visibility of work or streamlining stakeholder communication. The focus isn't on introducing process for process's sake. It's about creating ways of working that genuinely make people's jobs easier. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is naturally proactive, comfortable operating independently and able to think several steps ahead. You'll bring: Proven experience managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously

Experience working in data, analytics or engineering environments

Strong facilitation skills, particularly when working with non-technical audiences

A strong understanding of Agile frameworks and the ability to adapt them to different teams

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of unblocking teams

Experience improving processes, collaboration and ways of working

The confidence to work independently and make sound decisions

A genuine interest in creating positive, inclusive team environments

A technical understanding that allows you to have informed conversations with engineers and data specialists

Experience with SAP and/or SQL would be advantageous, as would familiarity with Miro, Zoho, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365 . What success looks like Six months in, you'll have brought clear visibility across the technology portfolio, improved the way teams work and become a trusted partner across the organisation. Projects will feel more organised. Stakeholders will have greater confidence in delivery. Teams will have clearer priorities and fewer blockers. Most importantly, you'll have made a tangible difference to how people work together.
