Location: 77054 Pay Range: $17.00 per hour Employment Status: Full-Time
Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Painter to support one of our Houston-area properties. This is a full-time role . The ideal candidate has strong experience in interior and exterior painting and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.
Key Responsibilities
Perform prep work including sanding, caulking, patching, and masking
Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assigned
Ensure all surfaces are finished neatly and according to specified standards
Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Communicate progress and supply needs to property leadership
Protect surrounding property and ensure no damage to adjacent surfaces
Perform basic drywall patching and texture matching where needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of professional painting experience
Proficiency in painting techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
