IT Manager (Operations)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the IT team, providing guidance, support and direction
- Manage day-to-day IT operations across the organisation’s different offices
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware and software
- Ensure smooth and reliable IT operations across all office locations
- Manage IT projects, system upgrades and implementation of new technologies
- Monitor IT security, access controls and data protection measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Work with external IT vendors and service providers on technical support and solutions
- Develop and implement IT policies, processes and best practices
- Manage IT budgets, resources and procurement
- Provide technical support and guidance to users across different offices
- Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, efficiency and overall user experience
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of relevant IT experience, with prior team management experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and cybersecurity
