HR & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures. Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices. Supervise office administration and coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and leave management. Manage operational budgets, inventory, and resource allocation where required. Prepare operational and HR reports for management. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote continuous improvement across the business.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of BSc. 3 Years of previous experience in a similar role.
