Part-Time Cleaner

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner on behalf of a Housing Association covering two sites in the Shipston-on-Stour area . This is an initial 12-week temporary contract providing sickness absence cover, with the potential for extension. Pay & Hours Rate of Pay: £13.92 per hour Hours: 25 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Duties The role involves cleaning communal areas only across both Housing Association sites, ensuring shared spaces are maintained to a high standard for residents and visitors. Responsibilities will include: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming communal areas Cleaning communal kitchens, hallways, and shared facilities Dusting and sanitising surfaces Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns Requirements Previous cleaning experience is desirable Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable and punctual with a good attention to detail A Basic DBS check is required for this position Compliance & Onboarding Please note that all compliance checks must be successfully completed before starting work .
