We are seeking an Enrichment Officer to join our vibrant team at a college in Southwest London. This full-time, temporary position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about student development and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a wide range of enrichment activities that enhance the educational experience of our students.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, develop, and implement engaging enrichment programs that complement the academic curriculum and support students' personal growth.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, external partners, and community organizations to deliver a diverse range of activities and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment activities, making adjustments as necessary to meet student needs and interests.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
- Communicate regularly with students to promote participation in enrichment activities and gather feedback.
- Provide support and guidance to students, helping them to maximize their engagement and benefit from the enrichment opportunities available.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and inspire students.
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating events.
