IT Project Manager #IJW

Job Description:        Work closely with Business Units and IT partners in business requirement gathering, solution/functional review and ensure the end-to-end system & process delivery and testing Implement and support digital customer journeys to further improve both customer and employee experience Work with regional country and functional teams to design, re-engineer the process, as well as implement operation solutions Ensure the smooth operational rollout Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions Implement automation agenda to transform operations To conduct requirement gathering workshop, Review and documenting requirements artefacts To review functional specifications and process define documents Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule Post-production support, production issues review and track them to closure Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
