Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for Branch Digital Executive Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection. Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements. Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
