Recovery Lab is a locally owned, multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in Red Deer, Alberta, and we're looking for a passionate, motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

*About the Role*

As a Physiotherapist at Recovery Lab, you'll provide individualized, evidence-informed care to clients with a wide range of conditions, injuries, and rehabilitation goals.

*Responsibilities include:*

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, and client education as appropriate
• Support clients in improving mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when beneficial to client care
• Build positive, long-term therapeutic relationships through compassionate and professional care

*Qualifications*

• Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta, or eligible for registration
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills
• A client-centred approach to treatment and rehabilitation
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• New graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply
