ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machines and equipment. Perform machine setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting during production. Ensure machines and equipment are operating properly and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of machines, tools, and production equipment. Assist in preventive maintenance and basic repair activities. Troubleshoot production equipment issues and coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering when necessary. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required specifications. Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects, and production problems. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of any Technical Course or TESDA/NC II holder in a related field. Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance for stamping die, jigs, & mould. Proven experience in stamping die, jigs, and mould repair Familiarity with precision measuring instrument & measuring tools Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mould issue effeciently. Knowledge of metal stamping process and tooling Ability to work independently.
