Operation Manager (FOH)

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership presence and people management skills.
• Comfortable handling both service leadership and admin tasks.
• Solid understanding of service standards, POS systems, and basic cost & labor control
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for hospitality and building a strong guest experience.
• Must be based in Bali.
