*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Process payments and manage billing accurately during the night audit if required.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to respond to calls promptly and direct them as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Assist in managing reservations and coordinating guest services as needed.

*Skills*

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong hospitality management skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus; experience with night audit procedures is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
