Patch Tooling Data Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 6–9 years in infrastructure tooling, data integration, workflow automation, ITSM platform delivery or technology operations analysis
• Working knowledge of Open Systems administration and patching across Windows, Linux/Unix and common infrastructure platforms
• Working knowledge of middleware administration and patching, such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache HTTPD/Tomcat or equivalent platforms
• Hands-on experience with BigFix/TEM or equivalent patch tools, CMDB/EAR, Helix/JIRA and vulnerability-management data
• Experience with APIs, SQL, Power Query/Python, Power Automate or comparable integration and automation methods
• Ability to translate patch operations and control needs into system requirements, data rules and acceptance criteria
• Experience with UAT, production implementation, troubleshooting, support documentation and BAU handover
• Experience in banking or another regulated technology environment is preferred
