Quantity Surveyors

Responsibilities:

Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and project budgets.

Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare valuations, payment certificates, and cost reports. Assist with tendering, procurement, and contract administration.

Review project specifications and assess costs of materials and construction works.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a minimum of HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Applicants must have 2–3 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.

Applicants must have practical experience in construction projects.

Applicants must have strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, valuation, and contract administration.

Experience working with a contracting organization will be an added advantage.

Applicants must possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
