This December, Signature Reserve will collaborate with FOC Restaurant on an exciting new concept that brings together the world of whisky and Catalan cuisine, creating yet another distinctive and elevated hospitality experience within our growing portfolio. General Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations in the dining area. Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service. Take customer orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system. Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate. Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner. Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards as required. Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating closely with the team members. Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required. Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised. Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests. Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate effectively with team members. Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and work processes. Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
