About the company

We are working with an established and reputable law firm based in Birmingham that is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Legal Apprentice to join its growing team.

Your tasks

Working alongside experienced legal professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a busy law firm.

Your responsibilities will include

• Providing administrative support to solicitors and other legal professionals.
• Preparing, formatting and organising legal documents and correspondence.

• Communicating professionally with clients by telephone and email.
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating case management systems.

• Assisting with opening new client files and progressing matters.
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

• Handling confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.

• Developing your understanding of legal processes, compliance and client care.
• Completing apprenticeship training and assessments alongside your role.

Requirements

You don’t need previous experience in law. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a long-term career.
