Your tasks
What will you be doing?
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates across the accountancy and legal sectors.
- Developing new business and winning recruitment opportunities.
- Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals.
- Working towards targets, closing deals and maximising your commission.
