- 我们是一家专注于印尼市场工业五金产品出口的国际贸易公司，产品涵盖紧固件、金属配件、工具、机械部件等。因业务拓展，现诚聘有志于长期发展外贸事业的ToB业务员加入我们的团队！
- 💼 岗位职责:
- 1. 负责B端客户的开发与维护，推动工业五金类产品的销售业务；
- 2. 独立完成从报价、谈判、签单、订单跟进到售后服务的全流程；
- 3. 完成销售目标并进行客户数据管理与定期汇报。
- ✅ 任职要求:
- 1. 高中及以上学历，熟练掌握中文（会听会说）
- 2. 具备1年以上工业品/五金产品经验，熟悉B端销售流程；
- 🌟 加分项：有工业五金类产品的销售经验（特别是3年以上）；熟悉印尼五金市场
- 💰 薪资待遇:
- 1. 底薪 + 高提成 +13薪（平均月薪可以达20-50条）
- 2. 节日福利 满一年有带薪年假
- 3. 公司提供优质客户资源与培训支持
- 🕒 工作时间
- 周一至周五 8:30-17:50，周六早上8.30-12.00居家办公需回复信息（午休12.00-13.00）
Your tasks
Researching and hunt for new leads and potential customers.
- Meeting and following up on existing and new customers.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Requirements:
- MANDARIN speaker is a must.
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree from Any Major.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- Minimum 1 year of Sales and Marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin, Bahasa and English.
- Negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook).
- Driver license.
- Able to travel.
