Your tasks
- Host live-streaming sessions for 4 hours per shift to promote products and drive sales.
- Be available to work on weekends.
- Explain product features, benefits, and key selling points to viewers.
- Actively engage with viewers and answer their questions during live-streaming sessions.
- Guide viewers to explore products and make purchases through TikTok Live Shopping.
- Maintain an engaging, interactive, and communicative live-streaming atmosphere that aligns with SMEG's brand image.
- Stay informed about product details, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
- Conduct a basic performance evaluation after each live-streaming session.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a live-streaming host.
- Experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
- Responsible and careful in handling and using products.
- Good time management skills.
