Construction Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry (site supervision/project coordination)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Willing to travel between project sites when required
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
• Support project planning, coordination, and other operational duties as assigned by Management
