SALES AREA (Nusa Tenggara & Bali)

Requirement :

1. Male, Max age 35
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from agricultur or related major
3. At least 5 years of experience as area sales, with a minimum of 2 year in a supervisor or team leader role
4. Prior experience in Agricultural sparepart & distribution is preferred
5. Proven ability to lead a team, motivate members, and manage conflicts
6. Strong target- and result-oriented mindset
7. Excellent communication skills, proactive, and strong interpersonal abilities
8. Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel for business trips
9. Willing to be placed in the company’s operational area as needed

Job Description :

1. Sales canvasing to achieve sales target
2. Analyze & developing business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals
3. Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with customer
