Sales Manager

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Engineer.
3. Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Instrumentation, Commercial Industry, or other Engineering sectors is highly preferred.
4. Good understanding of engineering products, technical solutions, and project sales processes.
5. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to travel for business as required.

Job Description

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
2. Promote and sell the company's engineering products, systems, and solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
4. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to understand client requirements.
5. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and project expectations are met.
7. Monitor market trends, identify new project opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.
