Qualification

• Minimum S1 degree , preferred major in Engineering/Computer/ Telecommunication with IPK min. 3,00
• Be diligent, dynamic, self-motivated, able to work independently or team.
• Good understanding basic & advanced about IT and Cloud Infrastructure
• Have Experiences/Knowledge IT Infrastructure(server, storage, and network)
• Have good presentation skills and good communication in English.
• Committed to excellence and achieve the technical service’s target
• Fresh Graduates are welcome for Selected Development Team Program

Job Desc :

• Fast learner about backup solution software we sell(especially for fresh graduate)

Install, implement, troubleshooting and maintain the products we sell

• Daily reports of activity to internal and client
• Completion of the work presented properly and on time
• Proactive to solve any technical case on time and escalate to supervisor if need the assistance
• Deliver the technical knowledge to the client with good self-presence
