L2 - Big Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration: Handle the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Cloudera-based Big Data platform.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Manage Level 2 troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for platform incidents.
• Deployment & Lifecycle Management: Perform deployment, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with operational requirements.
• Optimization & Support: Support system implementation, performance optimization, and related operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Big Data Engineer, System Engineer, or a related technical role.
• OS Mastery: Strong proficiency in Linux administration and command-line interface (CLI).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using SQL queries and Python scripting to support operational and data validation needs.
