HR Industrial Relation
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update company regulations to meet legal requirements and business needs
- Ensure employees’ rights and obligations are met to enhance performance
- Analyze and resolve industrial issues
- Oversee the legal compliance of labor relations
- Manage industrial relations documentation and ensure completeness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field (Has certification is a plus)
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Comprehensive Indonesian civil and labor law knowledge
- Good analytical and non-litigation skills
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position, though fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
