Affiliate Hunter (Project Based)

Job Description:

1. Identify, approach, and onboard potential affiliate partners that align with the company’s target market.
2. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to produce promotional materials.
3. Maintain regular communication with affiliates to foster long-term partnerships.
4. Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI using tracking tools.
5. Analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
6. Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and comply with program terms.
7. Stay up-to-date with affiliate marketing trends and competitors’ activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Analytical mindset
4. Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and digital marketing tools.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
6. Available for 4 months project based contract
7. Willing to work at Laweyan, Surakarta
