RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT STAFF

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new product formulations based on product briefs, benchmarks, and market trends.
• Manage and continuously improve existing product formulations.
• Manage end-to-end formulation development processes, including lab trials, scale-up, and production supervision.
• Research emerging trends, raw materials, and technologies to support the innovation pipeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience as R&D Formulator (cosmetic/decorative experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge in formulation development, raw materials, GLP & GMP.
• Familiar with laboratory instruments (pH meter, viscometer, analytical balance, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with internal & external stakeholders.
