Cyber Security Developer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and multi-tenant web platforms.
• Build and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual lab environments, scoring engines, analytics, and gamification features.
• Develop and manage containerized infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure platform security through secure coding practices, authentication and authorization systems, threat modeling, and compliance implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Platform Engineer, or Software Architect (freshgraduate are welcome).
• Proven experience building SaaS, LMS, CTF, or multi-tenant platforms in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Python and/or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, system design, and secure coding practices.
• Familiar with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Keycloak, MFA, and security best practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, monitoring, observability tools, and automated testing is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cyber range, CTF platforms, or virtual lab environments.
• Familiarity with Apache Guacamole, noVNC, WireGuard, and incident handling.
• Contributions to open-source projects in infrastructure or cybersecurity are a plus.
