Join Agros as a CEO Office Intern and gain hands-on experience working directly on strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do:
- Validate and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs across departments
- Support the assessment of marketing effectiveness and business impact in our Indonesia operations
- Assist the marketing team in identifying potential pilot projects and developing checklists for new target areas
- Support grant sourcing activities and assist in preparing grant applications
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with multiple departments on cross-functional projects
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is currently pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Has excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Is comfortable working with data and preparing presentations or reports
- Is eager to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
