Software Tester

1. Test software before release to ensure full compliance with functional, design, responsive, regression, and performance requirements.
2. Identify, analyze, and report defects, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations for corrective actions to relevant teams.
3. Review and validate requirements to detect potential issues that may impact developers or the overall quality of the software.
4. Prepare test environments, test data, test scenarios, and test cases, or coordinate with Developers to ensure readiness.
5. Continuously improve the QA process by introducing automation tools and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields Minimum 2 year of experience in software testing Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Developers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and system thinking skills; proven ability to work effectively in a team with a strong sense of ownership. Strong in SQL Experience in the solar power plant industry is preferred
