Senior Technical Office Engineer

1) Prepare, review, and finalize detailed Civil and Structural Shop Drawings using Revit and ASD . 2) Develop and review shop drawings and technical methodologies for Concrete Slab on Grade and subgrade preparation. 3) Perform precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-off (MTO) processes. 4) Review project contracts, technical specifications, and tender documents to identify variations. 5) Coordinate effectively between the construction site, technical office, and consultants. 6) Review and verify subcontractor invoices, variations, and material submittals. 7) Provide technical solutions for site construction and flooring execution challenges. 8) Assist in preparing accurate material requisitions for the procurement team. 9) Prepare regular technical progress and engineering status reports for management.

1) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 2) Experience: 5-7 years of solid experience in Construction Technical Office. 3) Industry: Contracting / Industrial Concrete sector experience is a strong plus . 4) Software: Excellent in (Revit, AutoCAD, ASD and Microsoft Office) programs is a must. 5) Leadership: Strong capabilities in managing and guiding technical teams.
