Project Engineer-Civil-High-rise

- Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within established timelines.
- Prepare and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement schedules, and site resources.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained.
- Identify technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Manage project costs and assist in budget control and cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to management and clients.
- Verify quantities, prepare progress claims, and support project documentation and reporting.
- Assist in project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and engineering standards.
- Experience in reinforced concrete structures, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and/or MS Project.
- Familiarity with quality management and construction safety practices.
