Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving business growth through effective team management and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficient workflows and high performance standards
- Lead strategy execution by coordinating cross-functional teams to meet company objectives
- Manage team communication and accountability to maintain alignment and productivity
- Monitor operational metrics and initiate process improvements to enhance performance
- Represent the company in internal and external meetings to support business interests
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2 to 8 years of management experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated leadership by guiding teams to achieve goals under pressure
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving skills applied to resolve operational challenges
- Strategic thinking combined with practical execution capabilities
- Fluency in English to ensure clear communication in business contexts; additional languages are advantageous
