About the role At Prem Roy Motoring, we specialise in Porsche and luxury pre-owned vehicles. We are looking for motivated individuals who are hungry to learn, willing to work hard, and eager to build a rewarding career in automotive sales. Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to break into the automotive industry, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed. Key responsibilities Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to handover
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and walkarounds
Arrange and accompany test drives
Explain vehicle features, specifications, and ownership benefits
Follow up on enquiries and sales leads
Negotiate vehicle pricing, financing packages, and trade-in options
Promote value-added products and services
Achieve individual and team sales targets
About you Valid Class 3 Driving Licence
Passionate about cars, especially Porsche and premium vehicles
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Professional, confident, and customer-focused
Results-oriented and able to work independently
Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
